Aria were appointed to project manage the redevelopment of the Busselton Shopping Centre by Australian Unity. 

​

The redevelopment of the existing Busselton Central Shopping Centre, comprises of a revised ‘convenience offer’ and also offers a larger format DDS along with a new ‘town centre facing’ food precinct, with links into Mitchell Park.

 

The redevelopment works have been split into the following 3 stages:

​

Stage 1:

• Expansion of the existing centre carparking. 

Stage 2:

• New major tenancy.

• New centre amenities.

• Relocation of a Mini-Major Tenant.. 

• Upgrade works to the existing mall.

• New specialty tenancies. 

Stage 3:

• Expansion of the existing shopping centre to incorporate additional specialty tenancies and a food and beverage precinct.
